When I first moved into my new apartment in JP, I had a moment one late afternoon where I was really struck by the light in my window, and the weird combination of clutter that had accumulated there.  Some sea shells, a half drunk, day old, finger printed wine glass.  I also was swimming in love for my new 'hood, and loving my new second story view.  So I attempted to capture it all, and had moderate success.  These are some of my favorites:

     

What I like about this one is the combination of really dark, bold clear lines of the glass, with the lit red wine, contrasted with the more pastel, slightly fuzzy, hazy, but still distinguishable background.
